JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 21-07-2026 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that petitioners have challenged the rejection of prayer of the discharge of the petitioners vide order dated 02.07.2025 passed in STR No. 520 of 2025 (SJ) by learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Gaya, but the charges have been framed against these petitioners and evidence of prosecution witnesses are being recorded.

2. In the light of the subsequent facts, the present revision petition does not appear to be maintainable. Therefore,

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.861 of 2025(3) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 the same is disposed of as such. The petitioners are at liberty to raise all issues in the ongoing trial proceeding in STR No. 520 of 2025 (SJ).
