The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 and 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was on bail but he did not appear on 28.09.1991 and consequently his bail bond was cancelled. The petitioner was remanded on 14.04.2014. It appears that the petitioner has already remained in jail fore more than ten months. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is in jail since 14.04.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
