JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2017 On the insistence of the parties, the writ application is disposed of in the following terms in the pre-sitting of Lok Adalat: i) Both counsel for the petitioner and the State agreed that in case the petitioner files a representation before an appropriate authority, the same would be disposed of within three months. ii) In case the legal dues of the petitioner are not paid or the petitioner otherwise aggrieved, he would be at liberty to file a petition for reviving the instant case.
iii) On filing of such petition, the writ petition would stands revived.
The instant settlement would form part of Lok Adalat to be held on 8.7.2017.
