====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-10-2022 Today being Friday, matters are being taken up through virtual mode, as per current procedure for hearing. Learned senior counsel representing the Respondent Central Bank of India ( for brevity 'the Bank') upon instructions, submits that the legal heirs of the petitioner have received all the terminal dues and the matter in issue, therefore, does not survive.
The petitioner's counsel, on the last day, had sought time to ascertain whether the legal heirs have received all the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16291 of 2018(4) dt.21-10-2022 2/2 terminal dues or not.
Today, when the matter is taken up petitioner's counsel has not been able to join through virtual Court proceedings.
In view of the submission of the learned senior counsel representing the Bank, and recording the same, this application is disposed of, but with liberty to the petitioner to move in case grievances remain.
