Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.

105.48 litres Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from a pick-up van which was being driven by the petitioner and at the time of said recovery, one co-accused Kuldeep Yadav accepted that the seized liquor was of one Ram Prasad Yadav who was escorting the aforesaid Pick up Van on his motorcycle and seeing the police party, he fled away from there. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 13-08-2016. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances
