Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section-138 of N.I. Act and Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner specially when this very petitioner has been refused anticipatory bail on similar allegation in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 23814 of 2014 disposed of on 23.09.2014 arising out of P.S. Case No. 1668C of 2013.
That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioner in surrendering before the Court below and praying for regular bail.
