2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 504, 506, 427, 379, 307, 188, 186, 189, 353, 332, 333, 290 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

3. The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons along with 150 unnamed persons assaulted the informant and other police party and created public nuisance. It is further alleged that these miscreants tried to snatch the arms and ammunition of the police party and damaged the government vehicles. It is further alleged that sickles, lathis and pieces of bricks were recovered from the place of occurrence.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2023. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is a member of mob. There is no specific allegation against him. General and omnibus allegation has been made. It is further submitted that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 27647/2023.

5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below/concerned Court in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 339 of 2022.
