2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the industry was running on the basis

Patna High Court CWJC No.15034 of 2022(3) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 of partnership deed by the three partners. It was dissolved subsequently and it was mutually agreed between the partners that petitioner will be the sole propriety of the said industry namely, M/s Vishwakarma Industries.

3. The writ petition is devoid of any merit as the partnership deed has not been brought by the petitioner on record in support of his submission made before this Court. Petitioner may avail remedy before the Managing Director, BIADA.
