The Petitioner seeks bail in Birupur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 385, 387 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since, 09.01.2017. Some of the accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide orders dated 15.12.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 43308 of 2016 and dated 17.04.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17693 of 2017.

No.26152 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisaria in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016.
