This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Uchakagaon P.S.Case No.94 of 2019 for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, while the informant was coming on a motorcycle, three miscreants overtook him and fired at him causing injury and snatched Rs.8,000/-, motorcycle, ATM and other articles. Petitioner is not named in the FIR but it appears from the impugned order that later on he has been identified by the informant in the TIP.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that TIP was held after three months. He was known from before him and he has been named in this case ,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57606 of 2019(4) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 10.4.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation and identification by the informant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner .

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
