The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 165 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 18.01.2022 in Cr. Misc No. 15861 of 2021.

The learned counsel has submitted that on similar footing co-accused persons have been granted regular bail and they remained under custody for one year.

The learned court below may take notice of the fact that other co-accused persons have been granted regular bail, after remaining under custody for one year.
