The grievance raised in the present writ application is with regard to non-consideration of his case in the light of the decision of Apex Court in Mukesh and another Vs. State of Bihar and others reported in (2017) 5 SCC 383 and State of Bihar and others Vs. Dilip Kumar in Civil Appeal No. 5202 of 2019 dated 18.07.2019.

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.18949 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 decision at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
