JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the instant writ petition was filed for quashing the requisition dated 02.07.2018 made for convening the special meeting of Block Panchayat Samiti, Bahadurpur for consideration of no confidence motion against the petitioner as also the notice dated 25.07.2018 by which the members of the Panchayat Samiti were informed to attend the special meeting of Block Panchayat Samiti on 01.08.
2018 for consideration of no confidence motion, the special meeting has already taken place and the requisition expressing want of confidence in the petitioner has been carried on. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant writ petition in order to challenge the resolution passed in the special meeting convened on 01.08.2018 and consequential actions taken by the respondents by way of filing a fresh writ petition on amongst others the grounds taken in the instant writ petition.
