The petitioners are in custody since 04.07.2019 in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 172/019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the recovery has been made from the house of the petitioners and not from the conscious possession of the petitioners.
