The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 372 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 307, 386, 427, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Ram Lakhan Singh, Ram Bilas Mandal, Gopaljee Mandal and Dani Mandal have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 41128 of 2016.
Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23705 of 2017 (4) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 372 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
