2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Jai

Patna High Court CWJC No.16240 of 2022 dt.31-07-2023 2/3 Prakash University, Chapra informs that he has received instruction that the petitioner has been paid retiral dues on account of following heads:

Gratuity : Rs.7,15,704/- Leave Encashment : Rs. 3,44,116/- Group Insurance : Rs. 52,430/-

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner may be given liberty to file a representation before the Registrar of the Jai Prakash University, Chapra considering the fact learned counsel for the University informs that substantial amount on account of different heads of retiral benefits has been paid to the petitioner.

4. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chhapra who will ensure to verify the records relating to the husband of the petitioner who had retired from the post of Lecturer, Zoology Department, P.C. Vigyan College, Chhapra and also ensure to make payment of remaining amount of retiral dues on different heads along with the statutory interest including the amount of gratuity and group insurance which has not been paid to the petitioner in full within a period of six weeks along with the statutory interest till the date of payment.

5. The writ application, accordingly, stands
