The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On secret information that the accused persons have cutting the aluminium wire from the house of Ravi Kumar and Buttae Yadav, raid was laidd when four persons were apprehended along with Scorpio Vehicle from which blade, rinch, empty bag and cut aluminium wires were recovered. The apprehended accused suggested that this petitioner sent them for cutting the electric wire on the order of co-accused Rahul.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49700 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly no recovery has been made from the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 126 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
