Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.05.2019 on the accusation that one stolen mobile was recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
