In view of the Pradhikar constituted under Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2015 vide notification dated 19.5.2015, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Pradhikar along with a copy of this order within a period of one month from today. On filing of the application the Pradhikar is required to decide the dispute of validity of appointment and payment out of the fund allotted by the State Government at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of filing of such application.
