Learned Counsel for the Employees Provident Fund Organization, referring to paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit, submits that the pension of the petitioner, under the Employees Pension Scheme has been stopped with effect from May, 2017, due to the fact that the system has invalidated payment of pension to the petitioner, which will be updated after receipt of the life

Patna High Court CWJC No.20849 of 2021 dt.24-03-2022 2/2 certificate of the petitioner being the widow of the deceased employee as well as certificate of reverse back of custody of Dil Ruba Arzoo, who was allegedly adopted by the deceased employee.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the requisite certificates demanded by the respondent-Employees Provident Fund Organization shall be submitted within a period of two weeks from today.

4. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, at the bar, the present writ application is disposed with direction to the petitioner to submit the requisite certificates, as demanded by the respondent-Employees Provident Fund Organization, within a period of two weeks from today and if the certificates are submitted by the petitioner, the respondentauthorities are directed to revive the pension of the petitioner immediately and shall also pay the arrears of pension with effect from May, 2017.
