2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

4. As per the prosecution case the petitioner is accused in a case for recovery of 125 liters of illicit liquor and is in custody since 20.06.2023.

5. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is made accused in similar cases once she has been taken in custody in connection with a case.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by contending that that petitioner is having criminal antecedents of same nature.

7. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and also the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2022.

9. The petitioner will visit Bahadurpur Police Station on every Sunday. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
