2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 12.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.46864 of 2024.

3. It is submitted that inadvertently the petitioner Abhishek Kumar was described as son of Raj Kishore Singh when he is son of Lal Babu Ray, as would manifest from the FIR also. It is also submitted that in the instant FIR two accused by the name of Abhishek were implicated and the father name of both Abhishek were different, but inadvertently the name of the father of the present Abhishek was recorded as Raj Kishore Singh instead of Lal Babu Ray.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66202 of 2024(2) dt.21-09-2024 2/2 counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the name of the father of petitioner Abhishek Kumar shall be read as Lal Babu Ray instead of Raj Kishore Singh in the order dated 12.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.46864 of 2024.

5. It is further made clear that if the petitioner surrenders on or before 30.09.2024 his bail bond shall be accepted on the same terms and condition as recorded in the order dated 12.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.46864 of 2024.

6. The order dated 12.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.46864 of 2024 is modified to the extent indicated above. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Prakash Narayan U T
