JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (I) Issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to take final decision and complete the process of Appointment of Class-IV employees from the Final Panel List published vide Annexure-8 and further to also appoint the Petitioner on ClassIV post as his name also figures in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.20850 of 2021(2) dt.03-04-2024 2/2 said Final Panel List.
(ii) Issuance of Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to complete all the formalities regarding Appointment of Class-IV employees from the Final Panel List published vide Annexure-8 including the Petitioner as the similarly situated persons have been granted Appointment.
(III) To grant all the consequential benefits which the petitioner is entitled after Appointment as a Class-IV employee."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
