Patna High Court CWJC No.13990 of 2023(2) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 (respondent no. 7) is directed to dispose of the Encroachment Case No. 04 of 2022-23 within six months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order in accordance with law after hearing all the necessary parties including the alleged encroachers.

3. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
