Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 registered under Sections- 379, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of the co-accused. Except suspicion there is nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
