The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 6352 of 2019 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 481 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 84 liters of illicit liquor from a tempo which was being driven by the petitioner.

A bare perusal of the present petition shows that the petitioner is alleged to have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 18.07.2019.

Case No. 481 of 2019.
