2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 364, 341, 201, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing murder with other naxalites.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025. The FIR is of the year 2014. In my opinion, the petitioner is an absconder.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62990 of 2025(2) dt.16-10-2025 2/2 this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
