ANSARI ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail for the accused-petitioners, namely, Deepak Kumar and Vikash Kumar, in connection with Akilpur Police Station Case No. 19 of 2014, under Sections 342/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children Sex Offences Act, 2012.

Perused the above application and materials on record. Also perused the relevant case diary. Heard Mr. Raghwendra Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. M. Rab, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Considering the nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named, this Court is of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45488 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 the view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
