The petitioner has filed this writ petition for quashing the order dated 08.09.2015 by which his contract to run Kasturba Gandhi Girls School, Janta Gopalpur, Katihar has been cancelled.

The learned counsel for the BEPC has filed counter affidavit.

From the facts, it appears that petitioner had entered into an agreement to manage the affairs of the Kasturba Gandhi

Patna High Court CWJC No.15867 of 2015(3) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Girls School, Janta Gopalpur, Katihar but now the agreement has come to an end and the same was not renewed in favour of the petitioner and after termination of the agreement the petitioner has got no right to get the agreement renewed for managing the school.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I find no merit in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U
