JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to restore electric connection in the premises of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the electric connection to the subject premises of the petitioner was disconnected owing to default committed by the petitioner's tenant leading to criminal case also being instituted. It is however stated that the petitioner is ready to deposit the alleged loss to the respondentPower Company in reasonable instalments.

Having regard to the nature of the grievance and the stand of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent authority with a proposal for payment of dues in instalments. If any such representation is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit and in accordance with law.
