JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 On account of the order passed by this Court on 31.07.2019, the revised pension on the basis of 7th Pay Revision has been sanctioned and paid to the petitioner by the respondent University amounting to a sum of Rs. 4,73,518/-. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though admittedly most of the retiral dues of the petitioner has been paid by the University, however, there are certain grievances for which the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Vice Chancellor, T.M. Bhagalpur University,

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Vice Chancellor, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur with regard to his subsisting grievances, if any, which shall be dealt with by the Vice Chancellor, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur and the necessary orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks of submission of such representation.
