Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 79 of 2022 registered for the offence under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained have injuries. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, Saran in connection with Kopa
