The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 6535 of 2019 arising out of Malsalami P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) and 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 26 ltrs liquor was seized from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)
