2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with N.D.P.S Case No. 01/2025/02/2025 arising out of Daudnagar P.S Case No. 7 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 (B) (ii) (c) of N.D.P.S Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 31.62 Kg Ganja recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and coaccused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that this is a second prayer for regular bail, earlier bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10065 of 2025. It is next submitted that Co-accused have already granted bail by the Coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 15.07.2025

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59381 of 2025(4) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14180 of 2025. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.01.2025.

5. However, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR, materials available on record and impugned order, it appears that this is a second prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, earlier bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10065 of 2025. Co-accused have already granted bail by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 15.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14180 of 2025. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.01.2025

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S Case No. 7 of 2025.
