The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. case No. 158 of 2017 under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that petitioner came to his house and requested his daughter to drop her at her house. His daughter did not return.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr. P. C. She disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and solemnized marriage with Nandan Singh. She does not want to live with her first husband with whom her father got her married. The victim is major.
