2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding the respondents to consider the representation dated 03.07.2024 sent to respondent nos.3 and 4 and pay the entire due amount in pursuance of the order dated 13.01.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No.10479 of 1992 and order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.13818 of 2024(2) dt.12-09-2024 2/2 16.10.2015 passed in M.J.C. No.2292 of 2013.

3. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioners, I direct the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya (respondent no.4) within two weeks from today and respondent no.4 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that non-compliance of this order may entail serious consequences against the said respondent.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
