Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 6588 of 2019, arising out of Khiri More P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 10 liters of foreign liquor has been seized. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57213 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 6588 of 2018 arising out of Khiri More P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019.
