The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) To set aside the Memo No.4218 dated 01.07.2023 issued by the Superintendent, Patna Medical College Hospital, Patna Respondent No.3 directing the petitioner for giving the charge to another employee within 48 hours on the allegation that she did not discharge of her duty for disposal of Waste Management Bio Medical during her duty on the post of A.N.M. Grade-A."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however,

Patna High Court CWJC No.13504 of 2023(2) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
