Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the second and fourth paragraphs of order dated 23.08.2019, the word "Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara" has wrongly been typed in place of "Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur" in connection with Misc. (Maintenance) Case No. 82 of 2005.

In view of the above submission, in the second and fourth paragraph of order dated 23.08.2019, it should be read as "Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur" in place of "Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara".
