Petitioner seeks bail in connection with C.B. Case No. 59 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30A/34A of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was carrying only Taari and no country made liquor was mixed in it. For the alleged recovery of 90 liters of mixed toddy, petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27938 of 2017 (4) dt.19-07-2017 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with C.B. Case No. 59 of 2017.
