Petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2016 in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B), 315 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the deceased committed suicide due to depression. Moreover, the petitioner is separate in mess and property from the deceased and his son. Charges have been framed in this case, which is evident from the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last six months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
