2. The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2014 in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 282 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Sections 326, 307/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the accusation in the F.I.R. do not generate confidence in the veracity of the accusations made against the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the specific nature of accusations that the petitioner along with other family members poured kerosene oil and set the deceased on fire which succumbed to injuries, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail
