The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 354(B), 341, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that no case is made out under Section 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
