ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-06-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of both the counsels. Having regard to the fact that the show cause notice issued to the petitioner does not disclose the proposed action to be taken against the petitioner and the same is contrary to the provisions of 27(2) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016. The impugned order dated 18.11.2019 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, the impugned order dated 24.11.2020 passed by the appellate authority and the impugned order dated 09.02.2023 passed by the Revisional Authority are set aside. The matter is remanded back to the authority concerned for issuing a fresh show cause notice to the petitioner along with the copy of the inquiry report, if any, duly given an opportunity to the petitioner for filing his explanation and thereafter pass a reasoned order.

It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

2. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
