JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2025 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 96/ 2025 dated 19.03.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 103, 238, 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

2. Heard Mr. Nafisuzzoha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Anita Kumari, learned APP for the State and perused the FIR as well as the trial court's order.

3. Considering the petitioner's custody period, the completion of investigation against her and mainly petitioner's the pleas that dead body of the deceased, who happened to be the son-in-law of this petitioner, was found about 5 kilometers away from the house of this petitioner with motorcycle in lying condition and the deceased married the daughter of this petitioner on 22.06.2023 and thereafter, he used to reside in the

No.59871 of 2025(2) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 petitioner's house and there was no reason for the petitioner to kill the deceased and in the FIR only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and other co-accused persons, coupled with the fact that the informant has named nine persons and six unknown persons as accused in the FIR, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 96/ 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. (Shailendra Singh, J) BKS/- U T
