The petitioners being the brothers and brother's wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within one and half years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand by causing burnt injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation is against the husband and father of the husband of the victim as a result in the first

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45701 of 2014 (04) dt.21-04-2015 2/2 information report only two persons have been named, but after one week of the registration of the FIR an application was filed for adding the petitioners as accused, who claim themselves separate from the husband of the victim.

Considering the fact that initially the petitioners were not named in the FIR nor any accusation has been levelled against them, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 535 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
