Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 394, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 28.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38552 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.70289 of 2019(4) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 2019 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016.
