2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 363 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 402, 399 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Recovery is of one country made pistol and one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.06.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63315 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 furnish bail bond after two months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.,-VI, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 363 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
