SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-07-2015 In compliance of the order of the High Court dated 05.07.2010, Annexure-1 authorities of the Dissolved Marketing Board have paid the arrears of salary to the petitioner vide cheque dated 24.07.2015 amounting to Rs. 57,591/-, which has been handed over to his counsel as he earlier refused to accept the same from the authorities. Let counsel for the petitioner grant receipt in the margin of the order-sheet.
2. In case petitioner is not satisfied about the quantum of
Patna High Court MJC No.357 of 2015 dt.29-07-2015 2/2 the amount paid to him, he is at liberty to represent before the authorities concerned, who shall be obliged to dispose of the representation within two weeks of its receipt and if petitioner is not satisfied with the order disposing of the representation, then he may assail the same in accordance with law.
3. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the contempt petition is disposed of.
