2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Gaya Mufassil P.S. Case No. 422 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 18.04.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 8379 of 2016.

3. Having heard learned Senior Counsel Mr. Vindhya Keshri Kumar for the petitioner and learned A.P.P., this Court sees no reason to take a different view of the matter.
